I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Qualified Nutritionist and Life Coach.
I founded GB Perform purely to help other likeminded people, people struggling to find the time or energy to get fitter, feel healthier and eat well.

My corporate wellness programs draw on years of experience to deliver tailored solutions aimed at improving health, boosting performance, and avoiding burnout to create a more inspired and resilient team for your organisation.
I offer a wide variety of health and fitness services including, but not limited to, a series of workplace workshops, life coaching including how to manage stress and anxiety, team building events, back to work confidence building following absenteeism, as well as 121 and group fitness coaching and nutrition planning.
NUTRITION PLANS
As a qualified Nutritionist, I create tailored plans that are sustainable, easy and enjoyable to follow and guarantee results.
Designed specifically for an individual’s needs and requirements, taking into account any allergies, intolerances or food dislikes, the plans are suitable for weight loss, weight gain, and/or muscle development.
I also have experience and in-depth knowledge of working with people with eating disorders, food aversions and complex relationships with food.
